This home was powerwashed and extensively sanded to remove old coatings. The client also chose a couple of different colors to help exencuate the beauty of the woodwork.
BEFORE - Front of House
This home was peeling heavily. Therefore, to create a firm edge we sanded the paint down almost completely.
AFTER - Front of House
The sanding, although heavy enough to almost strip all of the paint, was done properly so as to not deform the wood. This allows an evenly coated final product.

The house was previously all white.
