Dear Friends,

As winter settles in and a new year gets underway, I wanted to take a moment to reach out personally with this brief winter message. This season always brings a quieter pace, a chance to reflect, and an opportunity to look ahead with a steady sense of purpose.

First and foremost, thank you. Your continued trust in A.G. Williams Painting Company means more to me and my family than I can easily put into words. Many of you have worked with us for years, some for decades, and that kind of relationship is something we never take for granted. It is built on consistency, respect, and doing what we say we will do, year after year.

For me, this business has always been about people. It is about showing up, taking pride in the work, and treating every project and every relationship with care. That mindset has guided us through changing seasons, busy years, and quieter ones, and it continues to shape how we approach each day. I am grateful for the customers who value that steady approach and for the team members who bring it to life every time they step onto a job site.

This winter also brings some special personal news that I am happy to share. My son George Jr. and his wife are expecting a baby boy later this year.

After welcoming their daughter in 2024, our family has already had the joy of becoming grandparents, and this next chapter brings a renewed sense of gratitude and excitement. Moments like these are a reminder of how quickly time moves and how important it is to appreciate each season as it comes.

Watching the next generation build their own family reinforces why long term relationships matter, both at home and at work. It is not about any single milestone. It is about showing up consistently and caring deeply about the people around you. I am proud of the life George Jr. is building and thankful that I get to share this news with customers who feel more like extended family.

As for the work itself, this time of year always presents its own unique challenges. The colder months change how projects are scheduled and planned, but our team remains active and prepared. Interior work for painting, carpentry, and floor coatings continues steadily, and we are also spending time coordinating upcoming projects so that when spring arrives, everything is ready to move forward smoothly. Experience teaches you to respect the season and plan carefully, and that calm preparation is something we value.

If you are thinking about a project, have questions, or simply want to talk through ideas, please know that we are here. Winter can be a good time to plan, to address interior needs, or to start conversations about the months ahead. There is no pressure and no rush. Just open communication and a team ready to help when the time feels right for you.

Before I close, I want to say thank you again for the relationships that have sustained this company for so long. Your referrals, your kind words, and your continued confidence are never overlooked. They are the foundation that allows us to keep doing our work with pride and care.

\I wish you and your families a safe and comfortable rest of the winter, and a year ahead filled with good health, steady progress, and moments worth celebrating. I look forward to staying in touch and continuing the work we have built together.

Warm regards,

George Williams Sr.
