Before Our Crew Arrives

Clear Access

Move VehiclesMove all vehicles away from the house and the areas scheduled for power washing before our crew arrives.
Secure Windows and DoorsMake sure all windows and exterior doors are fully closed and securely latched.
Remove Window ScreensRemove window screens before we arrive. Screens left in place may be damaged during power washing.
Prepare Thermo-Pane WindowsIf your home has thermo-pane windows, let us know before power washing begins so our team can take appropriate precautions around the seals.

Identify Water-Sensitive Areas

Report Vulnerable AreasTell the crew about any areas that may be susceptible to water penetration before washing begins. This allows us to review the area and take appropriate precautions.
Protect Exterior SystemsNotify us about exterior electrical outlets, alarm systems, phone lines, cable connections, or other systems near the work areas that may be sensitive to water.
Document Existing DamageInform your crew leader about pre-existing damage, broken glass, damaged furniture, or other fragile items near the work area before the project begins.

Protect Pets, Plants, and Landscaping

Plan for Pets and ChildrenKeep children away from active work areas and secure pets during the project. Please let your estimator or field supervisor know about pets, gates, escape routes, school schedules, or other household routines we should plan around. Our employees are vetted and background checked, and we will work with you to minimize disruption.
Protect LandscapingTell us about specialty or exotic plants that require extra care. Remove or protect flowers, vegetables, and other delicate landscaping before we arrive.
Protect Ponds and Water FeaturesProtect fish ponds, water features, and other sensitive areas before power washing begins.
Remove Canvas AwningsRemove or secure canvas awnings before our crew arrives.

Plan for Special Conditions

Report Clogged Gutters and LeadersInform us about clogged gutters or leaders before washing begins so drainage issues can be addressed. Pre-existing clogs may affect how water moves around the property.
Tell Us About Well WaterLet us know if your property uses well water, as water pressure may affect the power washing process.

Important Property Protection Note

Please notify us about pre-existing damage, water-sensitive areas, clogged gutters, exterior systems, or other special conditions before work begins. We will review these items with you, but damage related to undisclosed conditions or pre-existing issues may not be covered.
