A first visit should feel like a conversation, not a sales pitch. In this short video, our team explains how we approach every proposal visit, from painting to floor coatings: asking questions, learning what you want, and finding out whether we are the right fit.

I think building trust with the homeowners is really getting to know what they want, right? Trying to find a solution, asking a lot of questions, seeing what would be the best fit for their project. Another way we build trust is finding out what they’re trying to accomplish and seeing if we’re even a good fit for each other. So they feel a little bit more relaxed, knowing that I’m not here trying to just sell them.
What I do, and what we do as a company, to make the client feel more comfortable during the estimating process is letting them know up front that we may or may not be the right fit for them. But if we are, that’s awesome, and we can move forward, and if not, that’s totally okay.
It’s important to me that we’re perceived as a partner, not salesman to customer. It’s more of a partnership. We want to make sure that we are on the same page. Full transparency and full trust is between both us and the client.
How we work
Trust starts before there is a proposal on the table.
We ask a lot of questions to understand what you want and what your project needs.
We find out what you are trying to accomplish and whether we are a good fit for each other.
We tell you up front that we may or may not be the right fit, and either answer is fine.
Full transparency on both sides keeps everyone on the same page.
