To minimize disruptions to business owners and residential clients, it starts from when the job is sold. The job gets processed in our office, and our customer service team will communicate with the client, send them an intro letter, and tell them what the expectations are: when the crew arrives and who the crew is.
Then it gets handed off to a pre-job walkthrough with our operations team. They’ll visit the job a few days before the project starts, review the scope of work with the client, and look for any safety issues or anything of note. For example, if you’re a business owner and you have a high-traffic area, we want to make sure that the clients coming into your business can do so safely, and that we’re not in the way of you running your business.
On the flip side, with residential clients, for example, if they have dogs or cats, we want to make sure that we’re working in areas where we’re not interrupting them, or where the dog or cat could escape the house. So we want to be really cognizant of the client’s needs as we work on these projects and try to accommodate them as best as possible.
How it works
Disruption is prevented in the planning, well before work begins.
Our customer service team sends an intro letter explaining what to expect, when the crew arrives, and who will be on site.
Our operations team visits a few days before work begins to review the scope with you and check for safety issues.
In high-traffic areas, work is planned so customers can come and go safely while you run your business.
At home, work areas are planned around your routine and so pets cannot slip out of the house.
