How We Plan Projects Around Your Operations

For property managers and facility directors, the schedule and the people who use the space matter as much as the finish. A.G. Williams Painting Company plans every project around your operations, your tenants, and the way your property runs day to day.

We work closely with property managers and facility directors to plan projects in a format that allows us to understand the scope, digest their needs, and understand the needs of the tenants, residents, and patrons that utilize the space. Scheduling is a huge part of it—making sure that we’re not interrupting their operations, and making sure that we are respectful of the environment.

Oftentimes, in some higher-end facilities, what we’ll do is fully cordon off or tent off the section that we plan to work in to minimize dust and debris before we move on to the next phase of the project. That’s just one of the many ways.

How we work

What property managers can expect

Commercial work is planned around the people who use the space, not the other way around.

  1. 1

    Scope built with you

We work with property managers and facility directors to define the scope and understand what the property needs.

  2. 2

    Tenants and patrons considered

Plans account for the tenants, residents, and patrons who use the space every day.

  3. 3

    Scheduled around operations

Work is phased so it does not interrupt operations, including after-hours windows when needed.

  4. 4

    Contained work areas

In occupied and higher-end facilities, work areas can be fully cordoned or tented to minimize dust and debris before the next phase begins.
