We walk the outside of your home with you and assess the surfaces, preparation, repairs, and access before the scope is written.

Written Proposal

You receive a written proposal for the exterior project with the 20% savings shown against the signed contract value.

Contract and Deposit

For a qualifying new estimate under $30,000, the signed contract and required deposit are due by October 31, 2026.

November Completion or Spring Price Hold

Completion is planned for November 2026, weather permitting. If weather closes the painting window, A.G. Williams will honor the 20% promotional price for spring 2027 completion.

Williams’ availability, weather, manufacturer application requirements, project scope, production schedule, and customer-caused delays. If weather prevents completion before the season ends, A.G. Williams will honor the 20% promotional price for completion in spring 2027. This offer does not apply to projects for Interior Designers, General Contractors, or commercial properties, as these projects already receive a trade discount. It also does not apply to carpentry, wallpaper installation, faux finishes, cabinet refinishing, concrete floor coatings, or work not included in the signed contract.
